Climate controlled units are located at our North Webster and Goshen East locations, they are kept air conditioned in the summer, heated in the winter, and the humidity is kept low. This makes sure that if you have some environmentally sensitive possessions that you can be sure that they will not suffer any damage due to heat, cold and humidity. In summer the facility is kept below 78 degrees and in winter it is kept above 55 degrees, and at all times the humidity is kept below 60%. This ensures that your possessions are kept at optimal storage conditions. Loading docs make pickup truck deliveries and drop offs a snap.
